As the corona virus becomes more widespread in the United States people are taking every precaution to keep themselves safe, they are self quarantining themselves, raiding stores, and doing what they can to outlive this virus. 

Many of the students at DSU have classes that cannot easily transfer to online learning such as classes that require hands on experiences for example music performance classes, science classes that involve labs, psychology and sociology classes that require extensive research studies, sports management classes and more. 

Furthermore, many of our students come from a wide variety of backgrounds and cultures. A large number of our students do not have access to reliable internet or the internet at all and subsequently it is impossible for them to complete their online classes. 


Finally in regards to our illustrious seniors. Many of our seniors only have a few classes to complete and will have multiple scholarships expiring after this semester. It isn’t fair to essentially hold them back and cost them time and money for something that is out of their control.

Therefore we humbly ask the administration of Delaware State University, especially our President, Dr Tony Allen, to make all classes at DSU pass fail, and to allow those who qualify as seniors to receive their degrees.
