Sean McDonough sucks. He cannot call a hockey game to save his life, and his enthusiasm for the game is inexistent. Bob Wischusen is the closest person we will ever have to Mike "Doc" Emrick whom we all loved and miss. Since ESPN took over the national broadcasting rights for the NHL, they have been nothing short of horrendous in all aspects of televising an NHL game. The minimum they can do is get rid of the worst announcer the sport has ever seen and replace him with someone who actually sounds like he cares about what happens during a game. Wischusen has passion and excitement, while McDonough sounds like he just wants to go home. We'll even let them keep Ray Ferraro and Emily Kaplan if they get rid of McDonough (though Ryan Callahan would be much better than Ferraro, but we won't get too greedy). Please help us save the integrity of broadcasting in the NHL and save us all the suffering from having to listen to the most boring guy in the world while a team wins their first Stanley Cup in over 25 years.
