Animation is already widely known to the global but the accessibility is what holds itself back. Although there are many platforms already to watch on, they still need payment and is limited to seasonal exclusives only. Many old animation were kind of forgotten because they are buried under the the new generation anime and are rarely screened in various platforms. 

This results in many people resorting to pirating these animations and causing the animation companies lose some of their income percentage. Thus, forcing them to take counter-measures towards these pirating platforms of anime. It does not really make a big change and only isolates their work to their own contradicting the goal to make their story known to people.

The animation companies and the people who loves to watch their craft should meet a compromise, stream back the older animations and give access to other remote or secluded places. The views should count as a revenue and give a couple of ads for the use of their platform. Make crafting and watching more collaborative to avoid the dissatisfaction between the parties.
