Main campus restrooms get way more traffic than ESTEM ones, so they get dirty faster even if people are being equally respectful. More people = more wear, more mess, and less time for it to stay clean between uses.
There’s also a difference in maintenance. Smaller or specialized buildings like ESTEM often have more consistent cleaning schedules or less strain on custodial staff, so they appear cleaner more often. Clean restrooms are a basic necessity for student health, comfort, and dignity. We deserve facilities that reflect a safe and respectful learning environment.
