Every year, about 3.9 MILLION animals are dumped around the world,and only 10% of dogs born will find homes. Why,you ask? In lockdown,10% of domestic animals,mostly dogs,were dumped because of the fear of the virus being passed on . The cost of living is also a reason why people dump their animals.Occasionally,people don't have enough money to spay/neauter their animals.This means if their pets give birht,instead of giving the puppies up for adoption,dump them instead.THIS IS JUST SO WRONG. 

When I was little,BEFORE Covid,me and my family rescued and rehomed about 10 animals in the space of a year.This year alone,we found 4 puppies,and 3 kittens.We currently own a dog we found in a bin,half dead,as a puppy.We kept the cats,which have now been named Tarzan,Dumpling and Tiger. The dog we found in the bin is named Star. Dumping animals=animal cruelty. COME ON,PEOPLE !IT'S WRONG! 

This affects me deeply. The world has many problems and causes that need to be solved, but right now, let's tackle this one. I am, and will always be, a animal rights activist. I want to end this.There needs to be a law, making sure that no animals have to go through the horrible process of being beaten and abused, drowned and  tortored. THEN dumped. Please sign this petition and end animal cruelty.
