Rent and Morges affect most people in 2024. With rent being too high or mortgages being too much and people being stuck in debt for years because of house morgue and rent, if rent is lowered then people can use the money for gas or put food on the table for their kids 

People will not have to worry about food on the table if rent goes down because they will have extra money and people will not have to work as much because they won't need to make as much money. if the rent goes down and it will be a little bit more worry off their shoulders. 

People will get to enjoy life more because they won't have to work as long they will get to spend time with family and friends and actually live life with enjoyment with no worries. This is why rent should go down so people won't always have to worry or work and it will be a happier place
