The 402 area code has become a symbol of our identity, and the annual 402 Day celebration highlights everything we love about our city.

From small business pop-ups to local artists, community leaders, youth engagement, and high-energy events—402 Day continues to bring people together and uplift the spirit of Omaha.

We are calling on the City of Omaha to officially recognize April 2nd as “402 Day”—a local holiday dedicated to celebrating the heartbeat of our community.
