The signatures on this petition represent homeowners in the Meritage Community of Holland Ridge. We are signing this to attest that we have one of the following issues at our property:

1. Exterior Structural Damage – such as roofs, cracking well beyond normal parameters outlined in the warranty manual, water damage or erosion 
2. Interior Structural Damage – such as cabinets coming off walls, interior support failing, and cracking or separation well beyond normal parameters outlined in the warranty manual
3. Water Damage
4. Mold
5. Improper Grading
6. Improper Drainage
7. Erosion 
8. Major Appliance Failures – HVAC or Water Heaters 
9. Moisture and Condensation Issues 
10. Inside humidity at 60% or greater, and inability to regulate temperatures 
11. Electrical Damage or Failures 
12. Driveway Issues - sagging, extreme unevenness, extreme cracking and holes 

We are asking Meritage to correct these damages or failures, because we are within warranty or this is within the scope of their responsibility.
