Introduction:

          Maia Alta is one of the largest sibdivision in Antipolo City. It isa part of Crown Asia owned by Mrs. Cynthia Villar. The Homeowners Association or MAHOA experienced a lot of problem in terms of securities. Our mission to this petition is bring back the security service that Maia Alta provided before. The vision is to hired a security personnel that is commited to their duties. In this petition it can improve the safetyness and security in Maia Alta community.

Purpose:

          Our purpose to this petition is to help the Maia Alta Homeowners to bring back the safety and security that they deserve. Most of the Homeowners in Maia Alta doesn't have a strength to voice out their complains. With the help of this petition it will be much easirr fot the Homeowners to solve their complains that they are keeping for a very long time. According to one of the resident they don't feel safe in the subdivision specially at night, because of the lack of street lights and security personal are only patroling the subdivision rarely.

Description:

          Maia Alta are experiencing a problem in terms of security that Maia Alta provided. The Homeowners receive many incident about robbery. One of the resident said that their house almost get rob by a civilian people and security personel didn't catch the theft. It is bexause of the security personel who are not commited on their duty which is to maintain the safetyness of Maia Alta's community.

          In this petition we need to reach out to MAHOA. Our solution to this problem is to advice the association to hire a security personel who are commited to their duties. The Homeowners are already paying 600.00 pesos security fee and we want to received the service that we paid.
