I attended an app at temple hall dental practice on the 23rd of October 2013 complaining that my mouth was going numb, I was seen by Maho kuse, she told me she didn't have a clue why my mouth was going numb, 3days later I ended up in hospital really unwell, miss kuse had failed to notice a serious abcess in my mouth that caused severe damage to my face with nervs she also failed to notice I had bad gum disease which I've lost all my bottom teeth due too, she also failed to put me as a high risk as she put she forgot to re do a risk assesment, it is written in black and white in all the notes that miss kuse was negligent on that day at my app even a top medical man from edinb university had given his opinions and he quoted she had failed to provide the correct treatment and he added claims of misconduct to my case but she still got away with it during an investigation with the medical council, all she was given was some notes to read up on, it is a disgrace that with her negligence my face is perm damaged, I have lawyers dealing with my case everything is in black and white to prove what she has done wrong and I cannot understand how she got away with this, I want her struck off So she does not kill any patients or cause anymore problems to anymore patients that she has caused me in the last year, I have been threw physical illness and mental health issues all caused by her negligence please help me get the result I need to make her relise her negligence is not a minor error like she quoted me as
