For almost one year, homeowners in Magnolia Park have pleaded with the HOA to find a way to allow above ground pools and to cease the persecution of those who have them. Residents in our subdivision were promised a community pool and cabana as well as a common area when they built or purchased in Magnolia Park. In fact, those amenities are still listed in our covenants. Yet zero amenities, such as the pool, cabana, or common area have ever come to fruition.

As Magnolia Park is a diverse subdivision comprised of many families with children, homeowners want the right to family fun and enjoyment in their own fenced backyards. Above ground pools are not visible from the street and do not deter in any way from the curb appeal of the neighborhood. 

By signing this petition, you confirm the following three things: 1) I am a current homeowner in Magnolia Park,  2) Only one owner per address is signing this petition, and 3) I want the Magnolia Park covenants changed immediately to allow above ground pools.
