Retired chiropractor Andre Fladell is a well-known South Florida political operative/character. 

Dubbed the "Prince of Palm Beach County", by the Palm Beach County Commissioners, Fladell, a staunch ally of many elected officials, is no stranger to controversy himself, being once caught in a Medicare fraud investigation.

Awarded the 2012 CJ Foundation’s “Silent Hero for Special Needs kids”, many of Fladell's fans and followers might not be unaware, he's the father of Eli, a 11-year old boy with autism, and despite court records affirming his $4M net worth, Fladell categorically refuses to pay $650.00/month child support claiming:

(1) Under the advise of his attorney (Stated during his deposition)
(2) Once case started, Fladell started making payments.  Fladell stopped paying his court order child support after only 2 payments (Stated during his deposition)  
(3) Has not paid his court order child support (During his Deposition)  
(4) Doesn’t agree with the Court’s Order
(5) Will only do what the Court tells him to do

This case has continued another 3 years after Fladell, stated he has not paid and stopped paying. 

In the end, Eli's mom is out over $120,000.00.
