Madame, par cette action, nous citoyens, demandons que l'article L 521-1 du code pénal (2 ans d'emprisonnement et 30.000€ d'amende pour abandon d'animaux) soit appliqué dans sa totalité et sans restriction. En effet, un trop grand nombre de personnes ayant abandonné leurs animaux ne sont pas punis et/ou poursuivies par la loi. Les animaux ne sont pas des objets ou des jouets que l'on jette à la rue ou que l'on attache aux arbres pour s'en débarrasser. Ces gens-là doivent assumer leur choix et doivent donc être punis comme il se doit. L'ABANDON EST UN CRIME QUI DOIT ETRE PUNI. L'ABANDON EST UN ACTE CRUEL. D'avance, nous vous demandons de bien vouloir tenir compte de notre demande, du fait que pour vous la justice est pour tous, et que la loi soit appliquée.

 Madam, by this action, we citizens, ask that the article L 521-1 of the penal code (2 years of detention and 30.000€ of fine for abandonment of animals) is applied in its entirety and without limitation. Indeed, an excess large number of people having abandoned their animals are not punished and/or pursued by the law. Animals are not objects or toys which we throw to the street or which we attach to trees to get rid of it. These people have to assume their responsailities and must be thus punished as is proper. THE ABANDONMENT IS A CRIME WHICH MUST BE PUNISHED. THE ABANDONMENT IS A CRUEL ACT. Beforehand, we ask you to be willing to take into account our demand, that for you the justice is for all, and that the law is applied.
