I'd been waiting for months for these gig tickets to go on sale, when it finally came to the sale, I was there at the exact time they went on sale. My mum and I entered our details into the site as quickly as possible. We finished in just three minutes but by that time, they were sold out. We went back to see why and we were both shocked to see that Ticketmaster and Viagogo had decided to buy a substantial number of the tickets and sell the once £58 tickets for up to £129. Can you imagine how many people there are out there just like me, waiting to see their favourite band, only to be disappointed by these diabolical websites? How is it fair that websites can resell tickets for over double the original price? Please help me reach out to people about these websites that are ruining experiences for people all over the world, everyday.
