As we know, Lucasfilm, TT games, and Warner Bros. came together to release a new upcoming LEGO game, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. One of the most beloved new characters in Star Wars is Kylo Ren, who will be a playable character in the game for obvious reasons. One character we all know and love is a non-canon character from a Saturday Night Live skit, played by Adam Driver. This character is Matt the radar technician, Kylo Ren in disguise. This was one of the most beloved SNL skits of all time, about one of the most iconic film phenomenons of all time.

Adding this wildly beloved character to the game, or even his other counterpart, Randy the intern, would be beneficial to Lucasfilm, SNL, and of course, the fans. As a lifelong fan of both Star Wars and Saturday night live, it would be a dream come true for this character to become playable in The Skywalker Saga. Not an Easter egg, not a custom character, but a genuine playable character named Matt the radar technician. He can carry around the same red lightsaber as Kylo Ren and have all the same powers, it’s just a hilarious skin for him and it would be very meaningful if a playable Matt could be added to the newest LEGO Star Wars game.
