"Easy there beef cake" "Ford F-150 built body" "I'll drag your boobs across my face while your kicking and screaming" Are just a few examples of an absolute abominable comment section in a recent post on a student run social media that is affiliated with Lyons Township. 

It is high time that LT administration listen to the complaints of women in this grade. We deserve so much more respect than this. We deserve the bare minimum: to not be verbally and physically hurt. 

It is the school's job to educate all students about respecting each other. It is the school's job to condemn those who bully other people. This administration's lack of response to the issues above (and more) is disgusting and dehumanizing. 

We ask that the administration take action. We ask that the administration change the narrative that they've been playing out for so long. We ask that the boys that have said these comments, assaulted girls, and condoned assault be held accountable. The following people have the power to do something about this.
