Without the relevant infrastructures to facilitate the changes and straight outright ban which is equivalent to just throwing the "last-mile" initiative right out of the window.

It is not just food delivery personnel that's 30% affected. But this outright ban is uncalled for rendering almost 20,000 UL compliant escooters into literal scrap metal, that is having a restricted usage. 

I want to achieve through this petition:

-infrastructure needs to be at least 50%ready before a blanket ban is imposed

-educate the users NOT BAN.

Who to be educated?(through online quiz) 

-those who have encountered accidents(to learn risk assessment and defensive riding)

-new registered users(mandatory)

Suggested process flow:

Each PMD owner are to take the online quiz that can/maybe should be tagged to their singpass. After they have passed their registration links should be enabled.

(existing users) 

To just pass their PMD safety/education quiz.
