In 2011 Macon's Law was enacted, However since 2011 no case have been prosecuted and as per my understanding the veterinarians clinics in Guam have constantly called GPD in order for a report to be taken, however GPD has ignored this situations of animal abuse or animal cruelty....We the people of Guam and citizens of the united states ask you to help the Judicial system to enforce the laws that are in place in order for the Guam Police Department to treat cases of animal abuse or animal cruelty as it should be which is to investigate and to take a report.

We together, We Can prevent animal cruelty. As you know my two pups of one year old were beaten almost to dead to the point that Rex had two broken legs, Bruised ribs , Kidney Bleeding and much more( See medical report). Lucky had a fracture Skull, Eye Socket fracture, Kidney bleeding and much more( See Medical report). My family and I would like to prevent another Rex and Lucky animal brutality  

I don't know if you ever watch the program What Would You Do with John Quinones? Well we as citizens of Guam are asking for your support to enforce the Macon's law that was established in 2011 and until today no one case have been prosecuted or convicted. If you need evidence then please scroll done and watch the video I posted on Friday which very clears shows the individual almost killing my one year old pups.

I'm glad I didn't see the video while the individual was on my premises, otherwise probably by now I would be in jail and the cruelty and abuse that the individual committed against my pups will go unpunished and the story will be the opposite, so together lets protect our people and our animals.
