I am a caravan owner at Parkdean, and like many others, I am feeling the pinch of high site fees amidst the ongoing cost of living crisis. It's not just us owners who are struggling; holidaymakers too have voiced their concerns about the escalating costs on site. If this continues unchecked, it could lead to bankruptcy for many and a significant decrease in caravan ownership.

The current situation is unsustainable. The average annual fee for a static caravan pitch in Lancashire is around £3,000 - £5,000 (source: NACO), which is prohibitively expensive for many during these challenging economic times. Moreover, despite these high costs, there are areas within the park that require urgent improvements.

This petition calls on Parkdean to take immediate action by lowering site fees and investing in necessary upgrades to facilities. This will not only alleviate financial pressure on existing owners but also make the park more attractive to potential visitors and future owners.
