Hi Since I was last in touch, there have been some exciting developments. Sky and BT have promised to improve add subtitles to their on-demand TV series and films, and Channel 4 and ITV have introduced subtitles to their iOS apps. Whilst this is encouraging, people with hearing loss like me are still missing out because there’s no law telling on-demand providers to offer subtitles – and 76% of UK services are still completely inaccessible Tell the UK government why subtitles are so important!
