The aim of this petition is to reduce the voting age in Ireland to 16 years of age. As young people, we believe that we should be allowed contribute to our future and as this is our future, we should be allowed to have a say in it.

We feel that we can be discriminated against. We are stereotyped as trouble makers with no interest in politics. But in reality, Its the complete opposite. We are the future of politics. We WANT to be involved.
