Stop the zoning change request that will dramatically increase traffic on W. Manslick Rd.

The Issue

Marion Development Group is seeking to rezone the property at 10511 W. Manslick Road to a C2-R4 to a C2 -R7. This would allow them to build eight three story apartment buildings that would have 192 units as well as a multifunctional building. 

As a Fairdale resident you know how congested & dangerous the two lane, W. Manslick Road already is on a daily basis. Adding a minimum of 192 cars entering & exiting just across from Starlet Drive will certainly increase the dangerous congested traffic & numerous accidentsthat we already face as we travel W. Manslick Road each day.
