Through a quick review of his comments on ratemyprofessor and personal accounts, this professor seems clearly under the influence during his lectures. He cannot stay on the topic at hand, but is more situated in talking about his personal life (his divorce and drinking beer) than teaching the material needed to pass this class. I would honestly put more trust in my TA teaching this class than this joke of a professor.
