Louise is a 69 year old woman who has twice been found suitable for parole by the Parole Board. She has been incarcerated for 32 years even though her sentence was 7 years to life. Louise has been a model inmate throughout her incarceration, and is known to the other inmates at the California Institution for Women as "Mother". She is not a threat to society and has certainly paid for her crime. Louise has family and friends who are eager to have her home with them and she has earned a second chance. A 69 year old woman does not belong in prison and 32 years is enough time for her to serve.
