Do you remember the old Bally Total Fitness gym facilities? I am sure you do because another company decided to purchase them and renamed them as LA Fitness.

LA Fitness May have great television commercials and keeps buying other trouble gym facilities even remodeling existing facilities and building new LA Fitness.

Well the problem is that things got worse since the new branding/trading name because there old employees or new employees including some district or regional managers don’t care about how the gym facilities are been run. They only care about the members fees because they automatically withdraw them every month even if you don’t go. After having seen various issues at various LA Fitness and discussing with other members on how they feel about been treated at LA Fitness and the parking fees and the dirty gyms in Southern California we agreed we need changes to benefit the members and more perks to be added instead of getting stressed out and threatened by employees because they want to close the gym, go home and because LA Fitness do not even pay them overtime.

I am not going to say which gyms because I don’t want you to think I am biased but I can write that some people I have met we discussed about how the LA Fitness gym facilities got worse than Bally Total Fitness.  

So to the founders Chin Yi, Chairman & CEO and Louis Welch of LA Fitness and major owners of LA Fitness Seidler Equity Partners and Madison Dearborn Partners is time for you to make things better at LA Fitness. You got people working who doesn’t care about the members revenue instead of their paycheck.

Well sadly is that because your gyms got worse most of those members are cancelling membership with your gyms and moving to other better clean and well managed gym facilities.  Most of the members are very un happy with you LA Fitness gym facilities and are canceling and going to the competition.  Some of the issues are: Broken machines, closed saunas, no music, dirty machines, no janitors cleaning the machines or vacuum the facilities, neither mopping or cleaning the bathrooms or shower facilities.  You even find poo poo on the walls of the shower areas. Turning lights off in the locker rooms by forcing, harassing  and threatening members to leave. Also charging parking fees while the parking structure is bent leased to a parking company that sale parking to club goes between $10 and up. So question is where is the parking ticket sales going? Who’s benefiting because the gyms are dirty and worse and parking structures are dark and smell bad. Harassing, theatening your members to leave the gym is not healthy is making them stress out and keep in mind you have lots of seniors or disable members that come to your gym to get better by exercising but getting kick out is stressing and can make them sicker.  So you need an employee that can close the gym until all have left or change your hours depending on days or time where there is more demand and have janitor attending the floors by cleaning or assisting members. 

 LA Fitness if you want to keep getting the money you get you need to get better or you Soon will have to go on bankruptcy or sale your brand to another company because you have poor employees working unhappy at your facilities and including management who are not doing their job.  

Start cleaning your gym by coaching or firing the cares less employees and hire new ones who care about your company revenue and it is assets which is their members.
