En español (English at the end) Me gustaría agradecer a todos por su apoyo pero parece que, por fin, estamos a punto de resolver el problema con la acreditación lengua "extranjera" de Laura. Parece como si el tutor que bastante groseramente le dijo que era la política de la UGR que ya había afectado a un estudiante Inglés en el pasado y la única solución era para ella a aprender una tercera lengua no era correcta. Existe la posibilidad para un estudiante que se concederá excemption de tener que ser acreditados en una lengua "extranjera" y parece que Laura podría concederse que exención. Una señora muy servicial que es la Directora de Política Lingüística en la UGR ahora va a ayudar a Laura, por lo que los dedos cruzados para que se resuelva pronto y Laura puede nuevamente concentrarse en sus estudios sin que esto pesa sobre ella. In English I would really like to thank you all for your support it looks as if, at last, we are about to resolve the problem with Laura's "foreign" language accreditation. It seems as if the tutor that rather rudely told her that it was Universtity policy that had already affected an English student in the past and the only resolution was for her to learn a third language was not correct. There exists the possibility for a student to be granted excemption from needing to be accredited in a "foreign" language and it looks as if Laura could be granted that excemption. A very helpful lady who is the Director for Language Policy at the UGR is now going to help Laura, so fingers crossed that it will soon be resolved and Laura can again concentrate on her studies without this hanging over her.
