Billy is an Asian elephant who has been staying at the LA zoo for the 25 last years. This kind of wild animal needs space to live, that's why it isn't supposed to stay in a zoo. Moreover, Billy isn't the first elephant in the LA zoo : 14 other elephants stayed and died there before. Does the zoo wants a 15th death ? 

Billy is tortured daily for the public, he has to do some useless tricks to entertain it. Does the applause worth a life ? It doesn't. Billy stays alone all day. He needs company. That is why we want the LA Zoo to free Billy. 

Many celebrities like Cher, for example, support us and want Billy to be free after so many years spent in the zoo. Our call is serious and it's not the first one.
