On June 06, 2016, Astronaut Jim Halsell killed Jayla Parler and Niomi James in his 2nd DUI (Driving Under The Influence) without conviction.

Halsell was intoxicated with wine and sleeping pills, and had even tried to steal and make a getaway in the car of another motorist who had stopped to help. 

The trail set for March 1st, 2020, was postponed due to the death of one of the Lawyer’s family member. 

A new trial has been set for August of this year, but who knows how it will go as he has spent the last 4 years avoiding jail. Sign this petition so that Jim Halsell put behind bars for manslaughter so that Niomi and Jayla’s families finally get justice.
