Sign this petition to get justice for Gabriel Fernandez, the 8 year old boy who was brutally beaten and murdered by his parents in Palmdale, California. It was recently announced that the social workers involved in the case will be having the charges against them dismissed. The social workers involved in this case deserve to pay for their actions and laziness. Because they failed to take appropriate steps to protect this innocent little boy and left him in the hands of his murderers, he is no longer here. Every single one of these social workers failed this little boy. The system failed him. If they would have just done their job and removed him from his home when they had all the evidence to do so, he would be here today. How many innocent lives have to be taken before there is change in our system? The social workers that were involved in this case need to be held accountable or else we will continue to see the same issues occurring as years go by. Let’s put an end to this and get them to reopen the case and charged those who were involved. Gabriel Fernandez deserves justice, the system could have prevented this murder and they failed to do so.
