Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump have been given the opportunity to enhance their public profiles and define their personalities through guest appearances on Saturday Night Live. Libertarian Presidential candidate Gary Johnson, in some national polls pulling in  double digits, has not had this opportunity. Given that the debate commission requires candidates to be polling at no less than 15%, a guest spot on Saturday Night Live would almost certainly be a milestone in his quest to me included in the presidential debates. The American people deserve more than two options in November. Since Johnson is all but certain to be the only third party candidate on the ballot in all 50 states, he deserves to be taken seriously by major media outlets. And it'd be a win for Saturday Night Live, given the inevitable media coverage of the appearance.
