We have been subject to no dress code, now our bodies and our choices are being controlled by a system that ignores the basic principles of democracy, and freedom of choice. We did not vote for this!

This is a petition against the new and unduly strict dress code put upon our students to suffocate our freedom of expression, and we will not let it happen. These dress codes are not enforced during school activities such as Cheer, Volleyball, and Swim so why are they enforced in class? As George Orwell says, “All animals are equal but some animals are more equal than others.”
