Citizens of Longview, Wa are being forced to drink unsafe water.  This water is causing finantial hardships and making citizens sick. According to Council member Mike Wallin, he is “very concerned at what we may not know. ... I have the feeling our citizens investigating this may know more than we do.” This drinking water has increased levels of chlorine, manganese, calcium, magnesium, iron, arsenic, and higher levels of chemicals used to treat the water that are possible carcinogens and are affecting taste and smell as well as damaging citizen plumbing fixtures and property as well as making humans and pets sick.
