I am a parent in the London Towne subdivision and my children love to play basketball with their friends across the neighborhood. Having a basketball hoop installed in our driveway provides them with an engaging activity, promotes exercise, and keeps them out of trouble, fostering a safer, healthier community in the process.

Unfortunately, our current homeowner's association bylaws, governed by the London Towne HOA, prohibit full time (non-permanent) installations. We are being asked to store them away when not in use, which is quite unpractical.

We are not asking for a major overhaul — just a simple adjustment to a bylaw that does not serve our community's best interests. 

 Please sign this petition if you feel this bylaw should be amended. We hope to have a significant number of signatures prior to our annual meeting on August 29th.
