Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, the decision was made to move learning online for Semester 2 (2019/2020) starting on 16th March 2020. This meant that 6 of the 13 teaching weeks were carried out online. 

The decision has now also been made to carry out Semester 1 (2020/2021) online as well and we are yet to hear about Semester 2. 

Why are university students expected to pay full fees for online learning when it is clear that the same level of resource and support is not available. Students writing their dissertations for the first time are at a great disadvantage with no face to face support available. 

Please refund partial fees for Semester 2 (2019/2020) and reduce the fees for Semester 1 (2020/2021). We would expect that the same was carried out for Semester 2 (2020/2021) should the decision be taken to also carry out the term online.
