Vehicle Access restrictions at Parsons Mead causing enormous traffic in Mitcham road, sumner Road and neighbouring area. This will increase the pollution around the neighbourhood. This is a trap, camera installed without consultation, traffic survey or adequate signage. I wrote to the council for these info under Freedoms of information act and council refused to give the number of tickets issued. There isn’t any warning letter to vehicle keepers during trial period either.
