Seniors at Murrumba State Secondary College have paid $70 for a Senior Jersey, to only be allowed to wear them 2 times a week. With this rule this will limit the seniors to wearing the jerseys to 44 days out of the schooling year. 

We’re hoping to change the Principals mind and allow us to wear our jerseys every day whilst at school as the jersey represents our College values

1) Pride - showing pride in our school and of how far we have come in our schooling education

2) Community- showing the community a sense of togetherness and pride of our school and cohort of grade 12’s

3) Respect - showing respect to ourselves and our school by wearing our jerseys with respect and dignity whether in school or out in the community

4) Resilience - by showing our pride and respect in our jerseys us year 12’s will be able to show resilience in everyday learning and life situations

We as a cohort are more then willing to compromise and would like to even be given the chance to wear our senior jerseys every day during the winter months.
