We dont want the noise and nusiance - restrictive covenants in our deeds for this estate

We dont want the pollution or detriment to health

We dont have the roads network to cope with increases of traffic and lorries involved. 

We dont want our protected environment and species affected or lost for good

We dont want our sites of European signigicant scientific interest sites disturbed 

We dont want our home to be devalued at best unsellable at worst

We dont think the access road or wider network and location is suitable for residents in proximity - proposed within a new build residential estate. 

under national planning framework we do not think this proposed development is suitable or legal to be passed. 

We want to keep our veiw, ecology and enjoyment of our community park upspoilt for us and a responsibility  to generations to come.
