Cabanatuan City is known as the "Tricycle Capital of the Philippines".

This petition will focused on the tricycle drivers' lack of traffic discipline, their "LAMANGAN" culture or propensity to upstage others and their fare overcharging practices.

There are many situations that some of the tricycle drivers are being "ABUSADO". They are demanding for high fare or payment from the passenger especially when it is raining, rush-hour, traffic etc. There are also situations that they refuse to take their passenger to their destination because it is far and they usually use the excuse "MAY SUNDO AKO".

Tricycle driver should be responsible for their job. They should follow the "TRICYCLE FARE MATRIX" that is given to them. They should not refuse to the passengers.

The responsibility of the tricycle drivers is to drive us safe to our destination and we, as passengers are responsible to pay right fare for the service they've given to us.
