Players who haven't done anything to break the terms and services ends up getting banned after a false report made against them. E.g. someone reported another player just because they were jealous of them. That isn't a good excuse to why someone should be reported. It isn't fair on those people who get banned since they've invested so much time and money and have formed close bonds with players they have made on the game. Even when contacting support most conversations get ignored and closed and those innocent banned players don't have a say to say their side of the story. People should have been suspended for a few days at the most not a ban straight away. Especially during this long never ending lockdown period avakin life has become a place for people to spend their time on, it is hard for people to cope without that social aspect after being unable to re-add friends after being banned and having to work their way up from the start for something they didn't do.
