In recognition of the contributions that Chick-Fil-A is bringing to the City of Livermore, specifically the frontage improvements along North Livermore Avenue, nearby stream bank stabilization, construction of a small portion of the Arroyo Las Positas trail along the south side of the project, the contribution of $225,000 to future trail construction in the area, and giving the city the option to absorb 21.5 acres of the 23-acre parcel for open space.

We, the undersigned, request that the City Council of Livermore authorize the city to display the Chick-Fil-A flag exclusively on the Livermore Civic Center flagpoles in the position of honor beneath the City of Livermore Flag during the new Chick-Fil-A's upcoming opening week in Livermore, as an expression of the City’s official sentiments of our appreciation.
