What ever happened to the Pizza By The Footthat came in the long white paper sleeve ever so delicately lined internally with raised sided cardboard inside?

I remember being a child and absolutely losing my mind when little Caesars was on the menu as we would do the eager little kid shuffle of excitement chanting pizza over and over til our parents would finally give up and say fiiiiiine. Then we knew that we would be on the way to grab this monstrous treat momentarily 

I remember having to use both arms fully extended just to carry this work of art to the car where we always had to put it in the trunk because it took up too much space and there was no way they were letting 2 kids share the responsibility of holding a hot pizza so thinly veiled by its paper walls.

If nothing else can we just get it back for a limited run or something just to feel some semblance of nostalgia from a much more innocent time.

TLDR; Please bring back pizza by the foot. I was never allowed an entire one to myself. And as an adult of 37 years I owe it to the younger me to smash at least 2 on a solo journey to nostalgic victory.
