Reasons:

1) Clickbait:

At lot of YT channels do clickbait content, but in a good way. Some like Linus do it in a bad way. This is against YouTube's Rules.

2) Inappropriate Adult Content:

Linus made 2 videos relating to adult content that kids should never see, buying feminine products at a store because if there's something with his whoever the person it is. Another video shows Linus on a stripper-pole like pole, lands on the floor and rubbed his private parts.
