The approval of this (EARN IT) bill is an immediate violation of the 1st and 4th amendment; which is freedom of speech and the protection from being searched, especially without a warrant!
With everything going on with the (BLM)Black Lives Matter Movement, we’ve been able to communicate throughout communities via social media like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, etc. We’ve been able to take action and come together as one to peacefully protest in this fight against discrimination and injustice.

Trump wants to pass the EARN IT Bill, canceling out Section 230. Section 230 states that internet companies are not held responsible if any of its users post illegal content. The EARN IT Bill forces these Internet companies to searching every post and message sent throughout social media, therefore censoring everything. 
In other words, all of our hard work in exposing the injustice of police brutality and communication across the globe will be stifled. Our BLM Movement will be silenced.

Opposing this bill will allow us to rightfully secure our rights! Opposing this Act guarantee the rise in global awareness of the BLM Movement. Don’t let Trump pass this bill.
