LPS is requiring masks for children during recess and PE due to the CDC updated definition of a high risk contact and inability to guarantee physical distancing at recess, per the WHO, children should not wear a mask when playing sports(high school football does not wear masks during games) or doing physical activity such as running and jumping, even the Lancaster county mask mandate excludes adults who are exercising so let’s do the right thing and let our children breathe
