Lifting Sanctions in Return for the Extradition of Russian War Criminals to the Tribunal

Russian invaders have started a war against Ukraine. Their plans for a quick and decisive victory were ruined by the resistance of the Ukrainian army, so they unleashed an unspeakable brutality against the civilian population of Ukraine. Missiles, rockets and bombs are destroying our cities and villages. The invaders, without any pangs of conscience, ruin residential buildings, hospitals, kindergartens, and nursing homes. During the first two months of the war, dozens of villages and cities were completely destroyed, Mariupol with a half a million population is among them. Thousands of civilians were killed. More than 600 children were killed or wounded by the 'liberators' during this time. In the occupied cities and villages, 'valiant' Russian soldiers rob, destroy and burn houses, torture, rape and kill civilians.
This barbaric, scorched earth policy is authorized by Russia's top leaders. All those involved in atrocities in Ukraine are war criminals, from the top leaders to the last marauding soldier. They must be subjected to the most severe punishment.
We are infinitely grateful to all the countries of the world that have imposed sanctions against Russia. But these sanctions should not be lifted even after the end of the war.
We call on the governments of the United States, Great Britain and the European Union countries not to lift these sanctions until all war criminals have been exradited to the International Tribunal empowered to try them for their monstrous atrocities. Only in this way, otherwise the criminals will never be extradited.
Memory of the dead requires retribution. War criminals must not go unpunished.
The lifting of sanctions against Russia is only possible after the extradition of war criminals to the Tribunal!
