Hello everyone. Thank you for signing this important petition which is also following closely the journey of Gemma. And unfortunately I have some bad news: Gemma started having back pain. On Wednesday she had a scan and it's confirmed the cancer is back :( For the 5th time! This time it's on her spine. She has already started with the necessary evil: radiotherapy. After that she will also get a few rounds of chemo. This is all very upsetting as you can imagine. Yes, immunotherapy worked wonders but Stage 4 cancer is a very tricky thing. And her cancer is very resilient, so this was always a possibility :( Still, for those of you who are also fighting this terrible disease, don't be discouraged.
