Addressed to - Lieutenant Governor of Ontario Elizabeth Dowdeswell - Queen's Park/Legislative Assembly of Ontario

We the undersigned affirm our human rights under the Canadian Charter of Rights and Freedoms, that these are inalienable, and shall not be suspended by any declared state of emergency or unilateral writ of law.  We reject Government attempts to restrict our rights to peacefully assemble. We demand that business be allowed to continue operating at their own schedules and abilities. We wholly object to these Stay At Home measures as the rational for such does not fit the severity or reality of the pandemic which currently afflicts our Immunodeficient and Octogenarian People. 

And Whereas, Ontario Police and by-law enforcement officers are issuing fines and summons to Canadians on orders based on Government Public Health suggestions.

And Whereas, Government directives, orders and policies regarding essential caregivers and visitors to LTC residents is causing Elders to die alone.
And Whereas, economic policy of Government has led to critical understaffing and burnout in Ontario health care settings across the board.
And Whereas, Education Ministers could offer free education to PSW and RPN students to increase staffing levels in LTC and hospitals, re-opening "non-essential" screening procedures and surgeries which could be saving lives with early diagnoses and treatments.

And Whereas, Children and Youth are suffering with educational resources being stripped away from them while being subjected to electronic learning with no other alternative.
And Whereas, mental health crises are more prevalent than before these lockdowns and revised coded colour warnings, with suicidal thoughts becoming actions for far too many Canadians.

And Whereas, LCBO and Beer Stores were (still are) classified as essential, while clothing and equipment were disregarded.

And Whereas, dictatorships are "not democracies", Canada being the latter.

We the Citizens demand Doug Ford https://www.ontario.ca/page/premier be removed as Premier of Ontario accepting no other result than an immediate election can provide.  In the Interim, Roman Baber must be allowed to chair the;

Priorities and Planning Committee
Cabinet Committee on Emergency Management
Treasury Board / Management Board of Cabinet
Legislation and Regulations Committee
Health, Education and Social Policy Committee
Jobs and Economic Policy Committee

Our current Ineptocracy has gone far enough, none of these undersigned are willing to endure another 2020.
