We have all look forward to an outdoor event, whether a food or music festival but how many times do we feel the cost of the ticket and what we were promised at point of sale was simply not delivered.

I recently attended the Lichfield Ibiza Proms in the Park which was at best chaotic but at its worse a chronic mis-handling of its organisation.

Thousands of people queuing for hours to then be told, no alcohol and card machines broken. Hundreds brought tickets and pre-ordered food for it not to be delivered. Tickets brought to sit in an exclusive area at the front of the stage for the inadequate security teams to simply let people jump over fences.

What is the result? Thousands of extremely unhappy customers and no where to raise a complaint or ask for refunds. Simply radio silence from the organisers who have taken the money and run.

This petition is to hold event organisers to account, to request official complaint lines are issued with ticket sales and the opportunity to request refunds is made available.
