Lycee Guebre Mariam has decided to increase students' tuition fees by more than 20% for the school year 2020-2021. This increase is shocking for parents who are already affected by the current covid-19 crisis. The school administration has threatened to suspend any student if not registered within the set registration timeframe. This is a huge concern for most parents who can not afford such unpredicted increase. The LGM should absolutely reconsider its decision and cancel any school fee increment during this very challenging time.
