It is against the law to discriminate against anyone in the work place because of their physical appearance, for example, height, weight, body shape, disfigured, skin condition, scar or birthmark, even the people who suffer from disabilities. Discrimination is treating, or proposing to treat, someone unfavourably because of a personal characteristic that includes bullying. It is also a very serious issues as of today's generation. Many people experienced discrimination due to physical appearance, that can cause social anxiety disorder or fear of facing many people. According to research publishes in a journal psychology, people with disfigurement, birthmark or scars are more likely to receive poor rating in job interview than people who do dot have noticeable facial marks.

PURPOSE:

• As a student we know how it feels to be discriminated physically by other people, the purpose of our advocacy is to motivate and to make them understand that we are all equal and to convey what impact of physical discrimination to all the victims.

DESCRIPTION:

• Physical discrimination is treating someone unfavourably because of their personal characteristic physical discrimination is come to someone but we can prevent physical discrimination by encouraging one self to have a good behavior.

MISSION:

• Our group wants to lessen the discrimination based on their looks, we don't have the right to judge other people, and we want to influence other specially the students to have a good behavior to prevent the risk, and to uplift their self to avoid bullying.

VISION:

• Our Vision is to inform the people about the effects of discrimination in our society and to encourage others to fight against physical appearance discrimination.
